Ensemble 212 will join the Young New Yorkers' Chorus, Rachel Calloway, David Kravitz, David Krakauer, and Hwi-Eun Kim in the world premiere of Mohammed Fairouz’s Third Symphony. Commissioned by the Middle East Center for Peace, Culture and Development at Northwestern University, this work explores both Arabic poems and texts from Israeli poet Yehuda Amichai.
