Prospective Musicians

If you are an orchestral musician based in the New York metropolitan area and would like to be considered for playing, please send us the following:

• Your CV resume indicating current and/or previous studies and training with orchestral and chamber music experience.


• High quality audio samples (mp3, wav, or audio CD) of two contrasting pieces and/or standard orchestral excerpts which best demonstrate your playing.


• (optional) Letters or emails of reference from other professional musicians.

Send all materials for consideration to ensemble212@gmail.com. Audio CDs may be sent to the mailing address below. Please note there are fewer woodwind and brass openings than string openings. All materials received will be kept on file and we will contact you if an opening is available.
